Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites with Chocolate Chips

Ingredients:

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/3 cup peanut butter

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Optional: chocolate chips for topping

Instructions:

Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey or maple syrup in a mixing bowl.

Mix until smooth and well combined.

Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.

Drop spoonfuls or dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.

If desired, add chocolate chips on top of each bite.

Freeze for at least 1.5 to 2 hours, or until solid.

Once frozen, the bites can be stored in a freezer-safe container for longer storage.

When ready to eat, let them thaw slightly for a softer texture, or enjoy straight from the freezer.
