3-Ingredient Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough Protein Bars

If you’re looking for an easy, practical, cookie dough recipe that’s actually good for you with friendly macros, I got you!

Recipe

Ingredients:

– 2 cups (16 oz container) of cottage cheese

– 4 scoops of Bethany’s Pantry Vanilla DSP (will not work with other protein powders since whey, casin, beef protein, and collagen, all react differently in recipes)

– chocolate chips of choice to taste (I used 100% pure unsweetened )

Method:

1. Option to blend the cottage cheese first for a smoother consistency or leave as is as I did here for more texture.

2. Add the cottage cheese to a bowl along with Bethany’s Pantry Vanilla DSP and desired amount of chocolate chips. Mix well until a thick dough forms.

3. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and form into desired shape and place on a baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer while you melt your chocolate.

4. Once the chocolate is melted, remove the cookie dough from the freezer and coat each with melted chocolate. Place in the refrigerator until the chocolate has hardened, then enjoy!
