WW-Friendly Cottage Cheese Chips
Ingredients:
• 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
• 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
• Fresh herbs like parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
2. Spread spoonfuls of low-fat cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, flattening them slightly to create thin, chip-sized rounds.
3. Season the rounds with salt, black pepper, and any optional spices.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the chips are crispy.
5. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
6. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
