WW 0-Point Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- ▢32 ounces V-8 juice, regular or spicy
- ▢3 garlic cloves, minced
- ▢3 cups green cabbage, chopped
- ▢1 cup yellow onion, diced
- ▢1 cup green beans, cut in bite sized pieces
- ▢1 cup zucchini, sliced
- ▢½ cup carrot, sliced
- ▢1 teaspoon basil
- ▢1 teaspoon oregano
- ▢salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add everything to a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6 hours, or until vegetables are tender.
- Serve sprinkled with a little grated parmesan if desired.
