WW 0-Point Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • ▢32 ounces V-8 juice, regular or spicy
  • ▢3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ▢3 cups green cabbage, chopped
  • ▢1 cup yellow onion, diced
  • ▢1 cup green beans, cut in bite sized pieces
  • ▢1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • ▢½ cup carrot, sliced
  • ▢1 teaspoon basil
  • ▢1 teaspoon oregano
  • ▢salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Add everything to a slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours, or until vegetables are tender.
  • Serve sprinkled with a little grated parmesan if desired.
