Weight Watchers Twix Jars
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free caramel syrup
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup
- 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers or low-fat granola
- Optional: a few dark chocolate chips for garnish
Instructions:
- In a small bowl or jar, layer half of the Greek yogurt.
- Drizzle one tablespoon of sugar-free caramel syrup over the yogurt layer.
- Sprinkle one tablespoon of crushed graham crackers or granola on top of the caramel syrup.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining Greek yogurt, caramel syrup, and crushed graham crackers or granola.
- Drizzle the sugar-free chocolate syrup over the top layer.
- Optionally, garnish with a few dark chocolate chips.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
