Weight Watchers Twix Jars


  • 3/4 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free caramel syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers or low-fat granola
  • Optional: a few dark chocolate chips for garnish


  1. In a small bowl or jar, layer half of the Greek yogurt.
  2. Drizzle one tablespoon of sugar-free caramel syrup over the yogurt layer.
  3. Sprinkle one tablespoon of crushed graham crackers or granola on top of the caramel syrup.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining Greek yogurt, caramel syrup, and crushed graham crackers or granola.
  5. Drizzle the sugar-free chocolate syrup over the top layer.
  6. Optionally, garnish with a few dark chocolate chips.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
