Weight Watchers 3-Ingredient Lemon Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 box (about 16 ounces) Angel Food Cake Mix
- 1 can (about 15 ounces) sugar-free lemon pie filling
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the Angel Food Cake Mix box.
- Prepare the Cake Batter:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Angel Food Cake Mix and the sugar-free lemon pie filling.
- Add Water:
- Gradually add 1 cup of water to the mixture. Gently fold and stir until well combined. Be careful not to overmix; the batter should be airy.
- Bake:
- Pour the batter into a lightly greased cake pan or a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake According to Instructions:
- Bake the cake according to the instructions on the Angel Food Cake Mix box or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
