Vibrant Beetroot Juice
Ingredients
- 1 medium beetroot (peeled & chopped)
- 1 carrot (adds sweetness)
- 1 small apple (for balance)
- ½ inch ginger
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½–1 cup cold water (adjust consistency)
Method
- Prep
Chop everything into small pieces for easier blending/juicing. - Blend or juice
- Juicer: Run all ingredients through directly
- Blender: Blend with water, then strain using a fine sieve or cloth
- Finish
Stir in lemon juice at the end for a fresh, bright flavor. - Serve
Chill or serve over ice for best taste.

- Minty fresh: add a few mint leaves
- Citrus boost: swap lemon for orange juice
