Vegan Ribs
Ingridients
Baking time – 1 hour 15 minutes
Preheat oven -350
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil – spray with grape-seed oil (set aside)
Medium size micimixing bowl
I have seen this recipe used with Jackfruit but I chose King Oyster Mushrooms
3-king oyster mushrooms shredded ( use fork)
1 Pk of Impossible meat
half white onion-shaved,minced or diced
Smoked paprika -(2 tsp)
Liquid Smoke-(2 tsp)
BBQ Sauce-(1 tbsp)
Spirit guided seasoning
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper
1/2 packet Lipton Soup Mix (optional) check packet for vegan friendly
Add the ingredients to the bowl as listed. Mix well.
(Easier if mixed with clean-washed hands)
Then place mixture on aluminum foiled covered baking sheet.
Shape into slab of ribs.
- remember if you want thin or thick ribs, this depends on how much you press them down on the banking sheet.
( I pre-cut the vegan ribs into slices-don’t cut all the way thru)
Optional: Placed in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour before baking.
Place in oven set back time for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Remove after 1 hour, cover with your choice of BBQ sauce.
Place back in the over for the remaining 15 minutes
