Vegan pizza


Ingredients:
1 pound pizza dough
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup vegan cheese (such as Daiya or Follow Your Heart)
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
Roll out the pizza dough to the desired size and shape.
Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper over the tomato sauce.
Add the vegan cheese on top of the tomato sauce.
Add the black olives, mushrooms, bell pepper, and red onion on top of the cheese.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
