Vegan peanut butter bread


Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk (such as almond or soy milk)
1/2 cup peanut butter
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the non-dairy milk and peanut butter until well combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it and placing it on a wire rack to cool completely.
