VEGAN PANCAKES! 6 INGREDIENTS

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup plant-based milk (such as soy, almond, or oat milk)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
  2. Pour in the plant-based milk and vegetable oil, and stir until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan or griddle over medium heat. If needed, lightly grease the pan with some additional vegetable oil.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until the edges start to look dry and the surface is bubbly, then flip and cook for an additional minute or until golden brown.
  5. Repeat until all of the batter has been used.
  6. Serve the pancakes with your favorite toppings, such as vegan butter, maple syrup, fresh fruit, or whipped coconut cream
