Vegan Lentil Shepherd’s Pie

The mashed potatoes were made with
Coconut Milk
Vegan Butter (I use Country Crock)
A little Vegan Cheese (I use Violife)
Fresh Parsley
Garlic
Salt & Pepper
The lentils were made with
Vegetable Broth
Vegetarian Worcestershire Sauce
Frozen Veggies
Sautéed Onion and Garlic in
Vegan Butter
Salt, Pepper, Cayenne
Lots of Fresh Thyme
Baked for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. So yummy! All of my non-veggie boys even like it.
