VEGAN HOMEMADE RANCH

Ingredients:

1 cup vegan mayonnaise

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons dried parsley

2 teaspoons dried dill

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

In a large bowl, whisk together the vegan mayonnaise, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice until well combined.

Add in the dried parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, and salt, and whisk again until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

Transfer the dressing to a jar or bottle, and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
