Vegan cinimon buns

Ingredients,

Organic spelt flour

Organic soya milk

Organic cinimon powder

Organic nutmeg

Organic yeast

Organic vegan butter

Organic coconut sugar

Salt

Steps,

  1. Add 200G soya milk, 600G flour, 2 tsp cinimon and 1 tsp ground nutmeg, 200G vegan butter, 10G salt, 25G yeast. Mix this all up until your dough is formed.
  2. Let your dough proof for 1 hour and then knead for 5 minutes. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Create your filling, 150G vegan butter, 4 tbsp cinimon, 250G coconut sugar. Mix well until combined!
  4. Roll out your dough and place your filling on top, make sure it is spread out evenly. Then roll it up and cut into 1 inch thick peaces and place on an oiled muffin tin.
  5. Let it proof for 20 minutes.
  6. Cook for 20 minutes on gas mark 6 in the middle.
