Vegan Chocolate Chip Bread

Vegan Chocolate Chip Bread:
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted vegan butter, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
