Vegan Cheese Crackers

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups (180 grams) all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup (20 grams) nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ¼ cup (60 ml) olive oil
- ½ cup (120 ml) water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, nutritional yeast, chia seeds, salt, and garlic powder (if using).
- Pour in the olive oil and water. Mix well until a dough forms.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Remove the top layer of parchment paper. Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the dough into desired cracker shapes.
- Carefully transfer the crackers (still on the bottom parchment paper) to the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
