tofu pudding

Ingredients
Silken / soft tofu
Dark chcoloate
Maple syrup
Maldon salt
Vanilla
Whiz together and pop in the fridge until set.
Apologies for the late recipe. I wanted to ensure I had the right quantities….so I had to make it again…oh the suffering 😁
300 -340g (10.5 – 12oz) silken or soft tofu. I used Mori-Nu Soft tofu in the shelf stable packet. I’ve also done it with soft that requires refrigeration and that is a 300g packet
100g (3.5oz) dark chocolate. I used Lindt 85% as it is readily availble.
2 tsp (1/3 oz) maple syrup
A TINY sprinkle of Maldon salt. The large crystals can be over powering. Either mix it in for sprinkle on top and stir in, your choice.
1/2 tsp to 1 tsp vanilla
I tried it with the vegan Lindt bars and orange extra for a Terry’s Chocolate Orange vibe and it didn’t set up quite as well. Guess I just have to keep experimenting.
