- 2 salmon fillets
- 200g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Heat a pan over medium heat

- In the same pan, cook shrimp 2–3 minutes until pink
- Add lemon juice and toss
- Combine & serve
- Place shrimp over or beside the salmon
- Spoon pan juices on top
