SLICED POTATOES

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes (russet or any variety you prefer)
  • Olive oil or cooking spray
  • Salt
  • Optional: pepper, garlic powder, paprika, or any other seasonings you like

Instructions:

  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt. You can peel them if you prefer, but leaving the skins on adds extra texture and nutrients.
  2. Slice the potatoes into even, thin slices. You can use a knife or a mandoline slicer for this.
  3. Place the sliced potatoes in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil or spray them with cooking spray. Toss the potatoes to evenly coat them with oil.
  4. Season the potatoes with salt and any other seasonings you like. Toss them again to ensure even seasoning.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for a few minutes.
  6. Arrange the sliced potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not overlapping.
  7. Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your slices and the type of air fryer you’re using. They should be golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  8. Once they’re done, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and serve them hot.
