Air fryer bang bang salmon

Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste for spice)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha sauce, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined. This is your Bang Bang sauce.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between them.
- Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillets. Check for doneness halfway through and adjust the cooking time if needed.
- Once the salmon is cooked through and flaky, remove it from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving plate.
- Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the cooked salmon fillets, or you can serve it on the side for dipping.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve the Air Fryer Bang Bang Salmon hot with your favorite side dishes, such as rice or steamed vegetables.
