SKINNY POOLSIDE DIP!!!

It uses a lot of veggies and low-fat ingredients so I didn’t feel guilty about snacking. I will definitely do that in the summer when I’m by the pool! Simple and easy! My whole family loves this recipe so much if it was for them, I would make it every day! Try it, you will love it! To preparing this recipe, you will need following ingredients:

*ingredients:

°8 oz cream cheese, room temperature

°1 red bell pepper, finely slice

°1 jalapeno, seeded, cut into small cubes (double it or leave it seeded if you want more spice)

°1 small can of black olives, finely chopped

°15 ounces canned corn, drained

°1 packet of ranch seasoning

*Directions :

Pour everything into a bowl and start mixing. When the vegetables start to release some of their water, the mixture will come together more easily. Keep stir to everything is well mixed.

Serving or store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 24 h. The longer the dip, the more water the vegetables will release. We’d rather take this up sooner rather than later.

Serve it with biscuits or french fries.
