Shakshuka only 2 points per serving (Half the pan)

This makes a great filling breakfast or brunch and is super healthy and delicious. I estimated on the spices, I really use them to taste. But I know there was at least a teaspoon of each one in there.
Recipe:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1 TBSP Olive oil
4 eggs
3 sweet peppers, diced (or use 1 bell pepper)
3 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 white onion, diced
1/8 cup cilantro (or mint/parsley) chopped
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Smoked paprika (regular is fine too)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil over medium heat
2. Add peppers and onions and saute until soft
3. Add spices and saute until fragrant (30-60 seconds)
4. Add tomatoes and water and stir
5. Cover, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. If still very liquid, simmer with lid off until more set
6. Make 4 indents, Crack one egg into each one, cover and let cook until whites are set. Yolks should be runny, but can be cooked as desired.
7. Top with cilantro if desired and serve warm
