Scrambled Eggs with Cheese and Sautéed Spinach recipe:
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs Beaten
- 1/2 cup Shredded cheese Choose your favorite variety
- 2 tbsp Butter or oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 cups Fresh spinach Rinsed and dried
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- to taste Salt
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the spinach to the skillet, season with salt, and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter or heat oil over medium-low heat.
- Pour in the beaten eggs, and gently stir until they just start to set.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the eggs, and continue cooking, stirring gently, until the eggs are fully set but still moist.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the scrambled eggs with the sautéed spinach on the side or mixed together.
Notes
You can customize this recipe by adding other vegetables or spices to the scrambled eggs or spinach. For a dairy-free version, use a dairy-free cheese alternative.
