Salted Zucchini Muffin

Savoury zucchini muffins are a delicious snack or light breakfast. They are made with grated zucchini, onions, flour, eggs, milk and spices, then baked until golden and fluffy.

Ingredients


2 zucchinis
1 red bell pepper
200 gr gr of grated cheese (free choice)
2 large eggs
salt and pepper
125 gr of flour


Preparation


Grate the zucchini and whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. In the bowl add everything and mix well.
Put the dough in a muffin tin and bake at 400°F (200°) for 25 minutes.
