RAW rainbow salad

Ingredients
Broccoli
Cucumber
Red, Orange, & Yellow bell peppers
Cilantro
Cashews
Corn
Side note: I meal prep this salad for a week,I put one of each veggie and it makes like 8-9 cups.
Extra: I also usually add a green bell pepper and pistachios. Just outta stock. I also don’t use any dressing so I don’t have any recommendations for that but I assume it would be good with whatever.
I press the veggies dry after I cut them so there not an excess of moisture. And if you don’t want the cashews or pistachios getting soggy by the end of the week just add in as you eat the salad
