Ingredients

  • 200 g low-fat cottage cheese — about 24 g protein
  • 200 g Greek yogurt (0–2% fat) — about 20 g protein
  • 10 g unsweetened cocoa powder — about 2 g protein
  • 1–2 teaspoons sweetener or honey, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1–3 tablespoons milk, only if needed

Instructions
