Playoff Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz bag Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2 –3 jalapeños seeded and diced
  • ⅔ cup bacon crumbles
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and egg until smooth. Stir in the diced jalapeños, bacon crumbles, and garlic powder until well mixed.
  • Place the Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips on the prepared baking sheet with the cup side up. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, fill each chip with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan evenly over the filled chips.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the filling starts bubbling.
  • Serve hot for the best taste and texture.
