- 1 large egg, beaten
- ¾ cup finely chopped pistachios
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (adds protein + flavor)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
For Cooking
- Cooking spray or 1 tbsp olive oil
High-Protein Fig Honey Glaze
- ¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1½ tbsp fig jam
- 1 tbsp honey

- Prep
- Chill Brie cubes in the freezer 20 minutes (prevents melting).
- Set up breading station
- Bowl 1: flour + protein powder
- Bowl 2: beaten egg
- Bowl 3: pistachios + Parmesan + garlic powder + pepper
- Coat the Brie
- Roll each cube in flour mixture
- Dip into egg
- Press into pistachio mixture until fully coated
- Cook
Air Fryer (best option):- Preheat to 375°F (190°C)
- Lightly spray bites
- Air fry 6–8 minutes, turning once
- Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 10–12 minutes
- Sear quickly on all sides over medium heat (watch closely)
- Make glaze
- Stir Greek yogurt, fig jam, honey, and salt until smooth.
