This recipe is great on the food budget and does not take that long to make. This dough is flaky, buttery, and strong enough to hold the pepperoni and the gooey mozzarella cheese inside
- 1 loaf Bread Dough, frozen, but thawed
- ½ pound Pepperoni slices
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted and melted
Could I use a different meat?
You want one that will not be too bulky. You could use almost any meat if you can make it in small enough crumbles.
