pancakes and waffles
About the only thing I really crave is pancakes and waffles, so I was ecstatic when I found this recipe!
Using a blender or mini food processor blend up 1 cup of oatmeal until you have a flour consistency. Then in a bowl lightly beat 1 egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/3 cup milk of your choice (I use unsweetened almond or oat milk). Then mix in the oat flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1 tablespoon of sugar (I use swerve). Mix until combined then either make pancakes or waffles! For me it’s a zero point breakfast!
