• 60 g cornstarch (1/2 cup)
Cream Layer:
• 80 g sugar (1/3 cup)
• 80 ml cream (1/3 cup)
• 250 g strawberries (8.8 oz)
Instructions:
Blend the strawberries, milk, sugar, and cornstarch until smooth.
Pour into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
Mix the cream, sugar, and fresh strawberries.
Pour over the cooled base and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until fully set.
