No-Bake Homemade Crunch Bars

Ingredients:
- 2 cups chocolate chips (milk, dark, or sugar-free for keto)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 cups crispy rice cereal (or keto puffed cereal like HighKey or Protein Puffs)
Optional Add-ins:
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 scoop protein powder (for a protein boost)
Instructions:
- Melt It: In a microwave-safe bowl, add chocolate chips, peanut butter, and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
- Mix It: Stir in the crispy cereal (and optional add-ins) until well coated.
- Set It: Line a small tray or dish with parchment paper. Pour the mixture in and flatten it with a spatula.
- Chill It: Pop it in the fridge or freezer for about 1 hour, or until firm.
- Slice & Enjoy: Cut into bars and dig in!
