Ninja Creami Chocolate Protein milkshake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any keto-friendly milk alternative)
- 1 scoop chocolate keto-friendly protein powder
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener (like erythritol or stevia), optional
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to the Ninja Creami or any high-speed blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more sweetener.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
Tips:
