Mince pies
Who says mince pies are just Christmas . I just fancied some so decided to make some.
Ready made shortcrust pastry cut out with pastry cutters. Filled with mincemeat, put lids on, pressed them together and brushed with milk. No tins just put into the airfyer on bake. 160 for 15-20 minutes. Left to cool then dusted with icing sugar. Voila !! A nice little treat. Some will go in the freezer for another day.
