Milk Bread Rolls

Ingredients
• 3 cups flour
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp yeast
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup warm milk
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 egg

Method
1. Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes.
2. Add flour, salt, egg, and butter. Mix into soft dough.
3. Knead until smooth and elastic.
4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
5. Divide dough into balls and place in baking pan.
6. Let rise again for 20–30 minutes.
7. Brush with milk or egg wash.
8. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
