Low Point Slow Cooker Artichoke Spinach Dip

Ingredients
2 ( 14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, in water ( drained and chopped)
2 (10 oz.) packages frozen spinach, chopped, thawed and squeezed dry
1 ( 8 oz.) light cream cheese ( I use Kroger whipped Greek cream cheese)
1 (15 oz.) jar Classico light Alfredo sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup skim milk or unsweeteend almond milk
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup light mozzarella
Instructions
Spray a 4-quart slow cooker with non stick cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients into slow cooker. Stir until ingredients are well combined.
Cover. Cook on low for 2-3 hours.
Serve with your favorite veggies or crackers.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 8×8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl stir together all the ingredients.
Bake in preheated oven until heated through and melty, about 20 minutes.
Serve with your favorite veggies or crackers.
