Low Carb Egg Loaf Recipe
Are you looking for a new recipe to use with all those eggs you have? This Low Carb Egg Loaf Recipe is amazing in so many ways. The fact that its low carb is even better. Egg loaf is also something that you can make at the start of the week and then eat on it for the rest of the week. This is also a great meal for families because it makes a ton of food and it’s healthy!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbs butter
- 4 oz cream cheese
- Optional: 1 tsp swerve or monk fruit sweetener
- Optional: flavoring of your choice such as vanilla,cinnamon, or any of the Lorann flavoring oils (blueberry, strawberry, coconut, cheesecake, banana, apple etc…)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl (or a blender) and mix it until all the ingredients combine and become smooth. This takes about 3 minutes or so with a hand mixer. It will only take about a minute with a blender.
- Spray your pan with non-stick cooking spray and bake it at 350 degrees for 20 minutes for muffins or 30 minutes for a 9 x 13 pan.
NOTES
Note: This recipe can be doubled as needed. You can make a whole loaf by doubling this recipe with 8 eggs, 8 tbs of butter and 8 oz of cream cheese. This amount fits nicely in a 9 x 13 pan.
