Lions Mane Mushroom Nuggets

Ingredients
The batter is
1 cup chickpea flour
1 cup water
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Mix all the ingredients really well. I ripped the lion’s mane into bite-size pieces. Dipped them in the batter to fully coat them and then deep-fried until golden
