2 cups almond flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

3 cups mozzarella cheese

2 Oz cream cheese

3 large eggs, divided



Preheat oven 400

Mix almond flour and baking powder

Microwave cheeses

Mix cheese into the dry ingredients with 2 eggs

( use oil to coat hands it’s very sticky )

Roll two pieces into logs and twist them together ( it should make 5 )

Whisk one egg and brush on top of the pretzel twists .. then melt some butter (about 2 tablespoons) with minced garlic brush on top of pretzels and sprinkle sea salt and parmesan cheese ( grated )

12-15 minutes … or until golden brown!!!
