Keto Shrimp, Sausage, & Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • ½ lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • ½ lb smoked sausage (keto-friendly), sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning or Cajun seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
  • Optional garnish: lemon wedges or grated Parmesan

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Steam or blanch broccoli:
    • Steam broccoli for 2–3 minutes until just tender but still crisp. Set aside.
  2. Cook the sausage:
    • In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat.
    • Add sliced sausage and cook until browned on both sides (4–5 minutes).
    • Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook the shrimp:
    • In the same pan, add another tbsp of oil or butter.
    • Add shrimp, garlic, paprika, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
    • Cook 2–3 minutes until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
  4. Combine everything:
    • Return sausage and broccoli to the skillet.
    • Toss everything together for 1–2 minutes to heat through and coat with flavor.
  5. Serve hot — squeeze lemon on top or sprinkle Parmesan if desired.
