Ingredients:
- ½ lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- ½ lb smoked sausage (keto-friendly), sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning or Cajun seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
- Optional garnish: lemon wedges or grated Parmesan
🔥 Instructions:
- Steam or blanch broccoli:
- Steam broccoli for 2–3 minutes until just tender but still crisp. Set aside.
- Cook the sausage:
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced sausage and cook until browned on both sides (4–5 minutes).
- Remove and set aside.
- Cook the shrimp:
- In the same pan, add another tbsp of oil or butter.
- Add shrimp, garlic, paprika, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook 2–3 minutes until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
- Combine everything:
- Return sausage and broccoli to the skillet.
- Toss everything together for 1–2 minutes to heat through and coat with flavor.
- Serve hot — squeeze lemon on top or sprinkle Parmesan if desired.
