- 1-2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
- 1-2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried chives)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)

Instructions:
- Combine Base Ingredients: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and heavy cream. Whisk together until smooth.
