Keto Pickle Brine Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 cups pickle brine (from a jar of dill pickles)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- Optional: 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (for a bit of heat)

Instructions:
- Marinate the Wings:
- In a large bowl or a resealable plastic bag, combine the chicken wings and pickle brine. Make sure the wings are well-coated.
- Cover the bowl or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. You can also place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet for crispier wings.
- Prepare the Wings:
- Remove the chicken wings from the pickle brine and pat them dry with paper towels. This step helps to get them crispy when baking.
- In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using) until evenly coated.
- Bake the Wings:
