Keto Low-carb Cheese Cracker

Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients:
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the egg to the mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- Roll Out Dough:
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Cut Crackers:
- Remove the top sheet of parchment paper. Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the dough into small squares or desired shapes.
- Bake:
- Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough onto the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Cool and Serve:
- Let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet. They will become more crispy as they cool. Once cooled, break them apart along the cut lines if needed.
- Store:
- Store the cheese crackers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
