Keto Low-carb Cheese Cracker

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Ingredients:
    • In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
    • Add the egg to the mixture and stir until a dough forms.
  3. Roll Out Dough:
    • Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out to about 1/8-inch thickness.
  4. Cut Crackers:
    • Remove the top sheet of parchment paper. Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the dough into small squares or desired shapes.
  5. Bake:
    • Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough onto the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Cool and Serve:
    • Let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet. They will become more crispy as they cool. Once cooled, break them apart along the cut lines if needed.
  7. Store:
    • Store the cheese crackers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
