Keto Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese (cubed)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, optional for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted for brushing)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a microwave-safe bowl, add mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and combined.
  3. Mix Dough: In another bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Add the melted cheese mixture and egg. Mix well until a dough forms.
  4. Shape the Dough: Place the dough on the parchment paper. Press and shape it into a round or rectangular flatbread, about ½-inch thick.
  5. Add Parmesan & Bake: Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Garlic Butter: While the bread is baking, melt the butter and mix with a little extra garlic powder or fresh minced garlic.
  7. Brush & Garnish: Remove the bread from the oven and brush with the garlic butter. Garnish with chopped parsley.
  8. Serve: Cut into slices and serve warm.
