  • Sliced kiwi or a few thin slices of low-carb fruit (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Make the Crust:

    • Press the dough evenly onto a parchment-lined pizza pan or baking sheet, shaping it into a round crust.

  4. Prepare the Cream Cheese Frosting:
    • In a bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Assemble the Pizza:
    • Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled crust.
    • Arrange the fresh berries and any additional fruit toppings on top of the frosting.
  6. Serve:
