Keto Egg Stuffed Meatloaf

Ingredients:
✅ 1 lb (450g) ground beef (or mix of beef & lamb)
✅ 1/2 lb (225g) ground chicken (optional, for extra tenderness)
✅ 3 boiled eggs (peeled)
✅ 1/2 cup almond flour
✅ 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
✅ 1 egg (for binding)
✅ 1 small onion, finely chopped
✅ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✅ 1 tsp salt
✅ 1/2 tsp black pepper
✅ 1/2 tsp paprika
✅ 1/2 tsp dried oregano
✅ 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
✅ 1 tbsp tomato paste (low-carb)
✅ 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
✅ 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mix the Meat – In a large bowl, combine ground meat, almond flour, parmesan, onion, garlic, salt, spices, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and egg. Mix well until everything is combined.
3️⃣ Shape the Loaf – Take half of the meat mixture and shape it into a flat rectangle on the baking sheet.
4️⃣ Add the Eggs – Place the boiled eggs in the center, in a straight line. Cover with the remaining meat mixture and shape it into a loaf, sealing the edges.
5️⃣ Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the meat is cooked through. Brush with olive oil or butter halfway through for extra juiciness.
6️⃣ Rest & Serve – Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
