keto Donut

Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup erythritol (or any keto-friendly sweetener)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-carb milk)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon for flavor
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan or use a silicone mold.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, salt, and erythritol.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil (or butter), and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. If you’d like, add the cinnamon for extra flavor.
- Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the donuts to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the pan.
Optional Toppings:
- Melted dark chocolate (sugar-free)
- Sugar-free powdered sweetener
- A sprinkle of cinnamon
