Keto Crack Biscuits
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the butter and egg mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Using your hands or a cookie scoop, scoop out portions of the dough and place them onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each portion slightly with your hands to form biscuit shapes.
