Fantastic garlic flatbreads
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Additional olive oil or melted butter for brushing
- Optional: chopped parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the minced garlic and olive oil to the dry ingredients, and mix well.
- Gradually add the yogurt and water to the mixture, stirring until a dough forms. You may need to adjust the amount of water slightly to achieve the right consistency.
- Once the dough comes together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead it for a few minutes until it becomes smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions, and roll each portion out into a thin circle, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat, and lightly brush it with olive oil or melted butter.
- Place one of the rolled-out flatbreads onto the hot skillet, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with the remaining flatbreads.
- Once cooked, remove the flatbreads from the skillet and brush them with additional olive oil or melted butter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or cilantro if desired.
- Serve the garlic flatbreads warm, either on their own or as a side dish with your favorite dips or toppings.
